What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including:

• Tri-ply layers separating or peeling apart
• Loose, broken, or defective handles and rivets
• Structural issues that affect the cookware's function
• Lids with fit problems, faulty welds, or loose handles
• Base separation or unusual deformation caused by a manufacturing defect
• Defective glass lids, knobs, or attachments caused by manufacturing defects

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage, including:

• Use in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or other non-household settings
• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or abuse
• Damage resulting from overheating the cookware
• Damage caused by sudden temperature changes (thermal shock)
• Warping caused by excessive or prolonged high heat
• Surface scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage
• Discoloration, staining, rainbow marks, or water spots
• Burnt food residue or cooking buildup
• Damage caused by dropping or heavy impact
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods
• Products that have been modified or repaired without authorization
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
